Tobacco Addiction Specialist Certification
Registration and Application Procedure

Phase I

A.  Complete on-line registration form and pay all fees.

B. Your Internet Access Code will be provided by email

C.  Download, complete and submit your NAADAC application within 10 days (with requested documentation attached) and mail to:

Phase II

A.  Your application will be reviewed by NAADAC.   If for any reason your application is not accepted, you will receive a full refund.

B.  Complete all on-line course work.

Phase III

A.  After your on-line course work has been satisfactorily completed, you will be approved to take the on-line written examination.

B.  Complete the on-line examination.

Phase IV

A.  Complete the oral examination, which is administered over the phone via a toll-free number.

B. Your oral examination will be reviewed and, if satisfactory, NAADAC will be notified that you have completed the requirements as a Certified Tobacco Addiction Specialist.

Phase V

a.  NAADAC issues your certificate.
